ModHider 26.2 for Fabric credits and acknowledgements
ModHider 26.2 for Fabric is built on open tooling and on research the Minecraft community published for free. This page names what the build runs on and who did the work that made it possible.
The research behind ModHider 26.2 for Fabric
Every module in the 26.2 build exists because somebody documented a detection vector in public first.
Handshake analysis
The loader handshake was mapped by players who captured their own traffic and published what the client sends before the world ever loads. Mod List Blocking and Handshake Preview are direct results of that work.
Probe research
The translation-key trick, where a server sends text containing a mod's key and watches whether your client renders it, was found and written up publicly. The Translation-Key Shield and Keybind Placeholder Shield in ModHider 26.2 Fabric answer it.
Everything else this build depends on
FabricMC
Fabric Loader and the Mixin tooling underneath it. ModHider 26.2 for Fabric is a Fabric mod and would not exist without either.
The mod IDs on this site
Sodium, Iris, Litematica and the rest appear in the handshake preview as realistic examples only. They are their authors' work, they are not bundled here, and none of them endorses this project.
Everyone who reported a probe
Most of the probe detection rules exist because a player noticed a strange sign or an odd boss bar on a server and said so publicly.
