Privacy policy for ModHider 26.2 for Fabric

A privacy mod that collected data would be a contradiction. Here is exactly what this site and this build do and do not record.

Last updated 21 August 2026

The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no accounts. ModHider 26.2 for Fabric makes no network requests of its own and sends nothing to us or to anyone else. A privacy mod that phoned home would be an absurd thing to ship, so it does not.

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you. There is no tracking script, no advertising pixel, no embedded video and no social widget on any page of this site. The only third-party request any page makes is to Google Fonts for the typefaces, which is subject to Google's own privacy terms.

Like every web server, the host that serves these pages writes standard access logs containing an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and a user agent string. Those logs exist to keep the site up and are not combined with anything else, sold or shared.

What the mod collects

Nothing. ModHider 26.2 for Fabric has no telemetry, no crash reporting, no update check and no licence check. It opens no connection of its own at any point. Everything it does happens between your client and the server you chose to join.

The probe detection log is written to a file inside your own game directory and stays there. It is for you to read. It is never uploaded.

What the mod stores locally

  • Your per-mod visibility list, stored by mod ID.
  • Your per-server profiles, stored against the server addresses you added them for.
  • The probe detection log, if you leave it enabled.

All three live in your Minecraft config folder on your own machine. Deleting the ModHider jar and its config folder removes every trace of it.

Downloads

Downloading the ModHider 26.2 Fabric jar or the classic 1.21.11 jar requires no account, no email address and no form. The request appears in the host's access logs the same way any other page request does, and nothing further is recorded.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and knowingly collects no information from anyone, of any age, because it collects no personal information at all.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Since there is nothing being collected, any change is likely to be a clarification rather than a new practice.
